My father passed away this week.
I’ve built this blog around a belief that leadership and communication mean nothing if we’re not honest about being human first. So I’m not going to pretend this is a normal week and work on a post about meetings or feedback or influence. It wouldn’t be true to who I am or the leadership ideals I aspire to.
